Leadership Dojo
The dojo is a space for learning. The Leadership Dojo works where traditional training ends: at the root of your leadership. We remove blockages, regulate emotions, and develop clarity—not through theory, but through effective work. The dojo is not just a place, but a toolbox that strengthens you as a leader.
Intensive leadership workshop with dojo experience
Continuous support over several months.

Do you feel that leadership requires more than just methods?
Traditional leadership training programs provide you with frameworks and tools, but the real challenges remain: you perform well under pressure but can't relax. You always react the same way, even though you want to do things differently. You lack presence, even though you are always there.
This is exactly where the Leadership Dojo comes in—it addresses the patterns that unconsciously control you.
We master these challenges in training

"No time" cannot be the reason for strengthening yourself as a leader.

Without targeted measures, change will stall: resistance will increase, projects will fail, and motivation will decline. The result? You won't achieve your goals and you'll lose valuable time. Our Leadership Dojo gives you the tools you need to overcome obstacles and strengthen your team.
Leadership Dojo Day

One day. Four phases. Maximum effect.
Leadership Dojo Day is an intensive day that allows participants to experience leadership physically at the Karate Dojo Kelkheim near Frankfurt. No PowerPoint presentations. No flipcharts. Just what works.

Bokken (wooden sword) or Jo (stick):
How do you set boundaries? What does structure mean? How do you maintain tension without tensing up?
Pushing Hands & pressure simulation: How do you react to resistance? Panic? Freeze? Or balance? We simulate attacks – no real blows, but you feel: "If I don't react now, I could get hit." You learn to perceive the pressure before it overwhelms you.
Your body without aids: How do you stand? How do you move? Where do you hold stress? (Shoulders? Jaw? Breath?) How do emotions manifest physically—and what do you do with them? This is physical learning that your nervous system understands—not just your head.
Beliefs & Blockages
Why do you always react the same way—even though you want to do something different? What unconscious patterns control you? We remove blockages. We regulate emotions.
Vision & clarity
What does leadership mean to you? (Not according to the textbook) What is your vision for your team? For yourself?
Structure – internal and external
Your own structure: physical, mental, temporal. The structure you build with your team
Communication under pressure
Pacing, leading, rapport—not as theory, but as experience. How do you stay clear-headed, even when things get dicey?
Dealing with setbacks
How do you deal with failure—your own, or that of others? Resilience is not toughness. It is flexibility.
Daily 10–15 minute routine (breathwork, movement, reflection)
Concrete steps for your next leadership challenges
Tools you can use right away.
Bow. You will leave the dojo a different person than when you entered.
