Job description
As a Scrum Master, you drive the development of our customers
And work on SAP projects throughout Germany. Every project is unique - just like the people you work with.
Your tasks
- Supporting large SAP project teams: You will usually supervise 1-2 teams and promote their cooperation.
- Interface management: You coordinate collaboration with other teams and ensure smooth processes.
- Optimize team performance: Use your expertise to get teams up to speed and ensure that goals are achieved.
- Promote strengths: You create an environment in which team members can make the best possible use of their talents.
Your profile
You've come to the right place if you:
- enjoy creating tangible added value for organizations and employees.
- Have already gained experience as a Scrum Master and in the SAP environment.
- you feel comfortable in large projects and complex processes.
- Would like to work both remotely and on-site with our customers?
What you bring with you
- Professional experience: At least 3 years, including 1 year in agile methods and SAP implementation.
- Language skills: German and English at a business fluent level.
- Soft skills: strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and an agile mindset.
