Job description

As a Scrum Master, you drive the development of our customers

And work on SAP projects throughout Germany. Every project is unique - just like the people you work with.

Your tasks
  • Administrative support: You will take on classic assistance tasks such as scheduling appointments, travel organization and correspondence.
  • Organization: You ensure optimal preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops.
  • Project management: You support the management in the implementation and monitoring of strategic projects.
  • Communication: You act as an interface between management, the team and external partners.
  • Documentation & reporting: You create minutes, reports and presentations and keep track of important deadlines.
Your profile

You've come to the right place if you:

  • You have a talent for organization and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • you are characterized by diligence, reliability and discretion.
  • Have already gained experience in an assistant function or in office management.
  • can express yourself confidently and professionally in German and English.
  • Are experienced in using MS Office and common digital tools.
  • You have a proactive and solution-oriented way of working.
