Job description

As a PMO Consultant, you are the backbone of our large ERP projects.

You create the necessary structures to manage projects efficiently and ensure transparency in all relevant processes. With your organizational skills and strategic vision, you help to keep budgets in check and projects on track for success.

Your tasks
  • Create project structures: You establish clear workflows and processes that provide orientation for everyone involved in the project.
  • Budget management: You are responsible for managing and monitoring budgets to ensure that projects stay on track financially.
  • Reporting & transparency: You prepare project progress and key figures in an understandable way and create meaningful reports.
  • Support steering committees: You prepare presentations and decision bases for steering committees and management.
  • Risk and change management: You support the identification of risks and initiate measures to resolve problems.
Your profile

You've come to the right place if you:

  • Have an eye for detail and like to work in a structured way.
  • Have already gained experience in the PMO area or in ERP projects.
  • you feel confident in dealing with figures, budgets and project key figures.
  • enjoy coordinating project teams and stakeholders.
What you bring with you
  • Professional experience: At least 3 years in project organization, ideally in the environment of large ERP projects.
  • Tools: Confident use of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or similar.
  • Language skills: German and English at a business fluent level.
  • Soft skills: organizational talent, strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
