We are looking for
SAP Module Consultant (m/f/d)
As an SAP module consultant, you will be part of our project teams in national and international SAP implementations. You analyze processes, design solutions and implement them in SAP - pragmatically, clearly and results-oriented. Whether FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, EWM, HCM or SuccessFactors - we are looking for people who know their module and speak the language of both users and technology.

As a PMO Consultant, you are the backbone of our large ERP projects.
You create the necessary structures to manage projects efficiently and ensure transparency in all relevant processes. With your organizational skills and strategic vision, you help to keep budgets in check and projects on track for success.
- Consulting & implementation: You analyze business processes, develop suitable solutions and implement them in SAP.
- Customizing & optimization: You configure your module independently and work closely with developers and key users.
- Process understanding: You recognize potential for improvement and actively make suggestions.
- Project work: You will work in agile teams and provide support during rollouts, go-lives and hypercare phases.
- Documentation & training: You create functional descriptions, process documentation and carry out user training.
- Innovation: You use modern tools - from Solution Manager and SharePoint to AI-based solutions in project management.
Willingness to travel: You are prepared to be on site at the customer's premises on a regular basis (mainly in Germany, occasionally internationally).
You will fit in perfectly with us if you...
- You have at least 2 years of SAP experience in one or more modules.
- are confident in S/4HANA transformation projects - or have the desire to develop there.
- work hands-on: You deliver solutions instead of PowerPoint presentations.
- are structured, communicative and solution-oriented.
- are confident in PowerPoint, Excel, Solution Manager and Jira.
- speak German and English fluently.
- Willingness to travel, drive and team spirit are a matter of course.
yellow-red ticks: you take responsibility, communicate clearly and get things moving.
- Professional experience: At least 3 years in project organization, ideally in the environment of large ERP projects.
- Tools: Confident use of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or similar.
- Language skills: German and English at a business fluent level.
- Soft skills: organizational talent, strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
