Junior Tech Assistance (m/f/d)

And work on SAP projects throughout Germany. Every project is unique - just like the people you work with.

Your tasks

Tech & Automation

Support, maintenance and optimization of CRM systems

Development of automated workflows (e.g. Zapier/Brevo/HubSpot Automation)

Data preparation, research and procurement

Creation of dashboards and reports

Marketing & Outreach

Support in outbound marketing (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)

Structure and control of paid ads

Creation of presentations, graphics and content

Optional: Podcast and video editing

AI & process optimization

Use of AI tools to automate and increase efficiency

Support with the implementation of new tech setups

Assistance & Organization

Administrative support (e.g. financial and receivables management)

Organization of meetings, documents and small projects

Structure building, follow-ups, to-do management

Your profile

Technical affinity & AI competence

‍Firstexperience with CRM systems, automation, data analysis or AI tools.you can build presentations and set up dashboards.

Organizational talent

‍Youkeep track of several topics at the same time and work in a structured manner.

Hands-on mentality

‍Youtackle things, find solutions and don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.

Willingness to learn

‍Youhave the drive to quickly understand and directly implement new tools, systems and processes.

Strong communication skills

‍Clear, precise communication within the team and with external partners.

Basic marketing knowledge

‍Basicknowledge of social ads, content creation and possibly graphic/video editing.
