The Dojo Team Event

No gin tasting. No escape room. No climbing park. A shared experience for executives and their teams—one that will still be felt the following Monday.

Managers and employees experience real pressure together. Team dynamics become physically visible and can be changed.

The workshop with Jessica on Mallorca was a game changer. In a very short space of time, she made it clear where our communication is stuck - and how we can improve it. The result: more clarity, faster decisions, real team energy. A clear recommendation for anyone who really wants to work on collaboration.

    challenges

A good atmosphere in the evening. Back to the usual routine on Monday.

People had a good time. And a week later, everything was back to normal. Not because your team didn’t want to—but because no event addresses what really matters: how leaders and their employees work together under real pressure. The Leadership Dojo team event makes exactly that visible—and changeable.

We’ll tackle these challenges in the team event

    01.
The team works well—but not under pressure
Things run smoothly in everyday life. But as soon as the pace picks up, uncertainty arises, or conflicts flare up, old patterns resurface: silos, withdrawal, and finger-pointing. This team-building event reveals how your team really functions under pressure—and what can be changed.
    02.
Management and the team aren't on the same page
Managers communicate—but their message doesn’t get through. Employees interpret, speculate, and remain silent. In the Dojo, managers and employees work side by side under pressure. This immediately reveals where communication works and where it breaks down.
    03.
There is a lack of confidence at the crucial moments
Trust isn't built through talk or team-building exercises, but through shared experiences. Partner exercises using bokken and flow ropes make trust a tangible, physical experience—between managers and employees, on equal footing.
    04.
    Team-building without lasting results
Most events create a good atmosphere, but no lasting change. The Dojo Team Event creates a shared experience that can’t be delegated or rescheduled. Everyone goes home with a karate uniform, a bokken, and a flow rope—and with a memory that lasts.

    The Dojo Team Event

One day. One team. Maximum impact.

No seminars, no wellness events. Managers and employees work together under real pressure—using bokken, flow ropes, and partner exercises. There’s no hierarchy here. You’ll find out what happens in the end at the dojo.

    01.
    Arrival
Take off your shoes. Bow. Switch off autopilot. The dojo isn’t a seminar room—different rules apply here: respect, presence, openness. The whole team is fully engaged, both physically and mentally.
    02.
    Bodywork as a team
Bokken and Flowrope exercises immediately reveal how a team functions under pressure. Pushing-hands exercises between managers and employees make hierarchies visible—and break them down. No theoretical input, just experience that the nervous system understands.
    03.
    Reflection and Transfer
Each practical session is reviewed together and applied to the team’s daily routine. What happens in the dojo is directly translated into guiding principles that take effect starting Monday.
    04.
    Take-home experience
Everyone goes home with a black karate uniform, a bokken, and a flow rope. And with an experience the team went through together—something that can’t be delegated or made up for later.

    Changes following the team event

    01.
    Visible team dynamics
The team comes to understand how it functions under pressure—who takes the lead, who steps back, and who freezes up. Patterns become apparent and can be discussed.
    02.
    Trust on a new level
A shared experience creates a bond that no team-building event can replace—between managers and employees, on equal footing.
    03.
    Mindfulness and Self-Regulation
The whole team learns to stay composed under pressure—not just mentally, but physically as well. This will pay off in the next challenging meeting.
    04.
    Everyday essentials
Karate uniforms, bokken, and flow ropes aren't just souvenirs—they keep the experience alive in everyday life and serve as a reminder of what the team went through together.
